Distinct from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmed.us\/events\/exploring-medical-missions-conference\/\">INMED Exploring Medical Missions Conference<\/a>, this event emphasizes more the spiritual dimension of caring for the poor. The encouragement we received through this event was just overwhelming. Former INMED students came by \u2013 those who\u2019ve studied at our sites in India, Ghana, Angola, Ecuador, Honduras, China, Papua New Guinea. Academics floated by our exhibit and praised the quality of our self-paced courses and intensive courses. And students of all background came up saying, \u201cWe were told that you\u2019re the best organization with whom to study international medicine. How can we sign up?\u201d Most touching of all were conference participants who reminded me of how INMED has played a role in caring for thousands of forgotten people the world over.
