But the highlight was Friday morning, March 26, at Kansas City&#8217;s historic Hotel. The venue was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ingramsonline.com\/\">Ingram&#8217;s Magazine<\/a><a title=\"patch_adams.jpg\" href=\"https:\/\/inmedblogs.us\/nicholascomninellis\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2010\/03\/patch_adams.jpg\">&#8216;<\/a>s 2010 Heroes in Healthcare Awards, where INMED was honored among the recipients. Keynote speaker for this event was none other than the actual\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chasingthefrog.com\/reelfaces\/patchadams.php\">Patch Adams<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; portrayed by Robin Williams in the 1997 movie.
