Browse their bios, read of their achievements, and be encouraged to follow their examples!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"page-title\"><em>INMED International Medicine Award<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"page-intro\">\n<p>The 2020 recipient is Jeff Colyer. A plastic surgeon and the 47th Governor of Kansas, Dr. Colyer\u2019s international service experience has been both executive and front lines in Afghanistan. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmed.us\/about\/awards-granted\/inmed-international-medicine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read more<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"page-title\"><em>INMED National Healthcare Service Award<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our 2020 recipient is Glenn Talboy. Professor at the <a href=\"https:\/\/med.umkc.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine<\/a> and Chairman of Surgery at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trumed.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Truman Medical Center<\/a>, for decades he&#8217;s provided care for Kansas City&#8217;s most vulnerable. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmed.us\/about\/awards-granted\/inmed-national-healthcare-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read more<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"page-title\"><em>INMED Cross-Cultural Healthcare Service Award<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 2020 recipient is Kimberly Connelly. Since 2013, she has served at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kumc.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kansas University Medical Center<\/a> \u2013 known worldwide as a hub for research and innovation, and also renowned for her leadership of its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kumc.edu\/office-of-international-programs.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Office of International Programs<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmed.us\/about\/awards-granted\/inmed-cross-cultural-healthcare-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read more<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"page-title\"><em>INMED International Healthcare Preceptor Award<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our 2020\u00a0 recipient is Gautam Desai. A professor in the Department of Family &amp; Community Medicine at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcumb.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kansas City University<\/a>, Dr. Desai oversees the Honors Track in Global Medicine and mentors KCU learners at locations around the globe including Guatemala. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmed.us\/about\/awards-granted\/inmed-international-healthcare-preceptor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read more<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"page-title\"><em>INMED Humanitarian Crisis Response Award<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The 2020 recipient is Charles Inboriboon. An Associate Professor at the\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/med.umkc.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine<\/a>, Dr. Inboriboon leads the international emergency medicine tract which includes observerships for emergency medicine physicians from Thailand. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inmed.us\/about\/awards-granted\/inmed-humanitarian-crisis-response\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read more<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"page-title\"><em>Comninellis Award For Compassionate Service To Humanity<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our esteemed 2020 recipient is James Fyffe and Family.
