In early October I returned to northern Uganda to do some consulting work for the Pharmacy department of a large Catholic Hospital.\u00a0 This was the 4<sup>th<\/sup> time that I have been there, and the first time since the pandemic. I was very excited to return.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think my biggest learning from INMED is to first observe and learn why things are done the way they are\u2026 then work with the local people to make improvements.
